Your order will be processed for shipping within 3 business days from the time of your credit card authorization and verification. Please be aware that this is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via USPS Priority. We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to address issues or those lost in transit.
We provide UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Three-Day Select for rush deliveries. All three services are based on the weight of the package and will be calculated at checkout and are provided where available.
PO BOXES & APO/FPO OR U.S TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. POLICY AND TERMS
By placing an order at Shop Lovely, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Shop Lovely. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Our policy lasts 30 days and does not apply to any final sale items. If your item was marked final sale please do not send it back as we will not be able to reship it to you after we receive it and we will not b e able to give you a refund or a credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the clear packaging it arrived in, with it's tags attached. To complete your return, we require your original invoice or invoice number and your full name. All returns must be made to182 Duane St New York NY 10013. We will not accept returns at Lovely Bride locations. Please do not send your purchase back if it is not eligible for return.
If you would like to return an item and are within the 30 day return period, please follow the instructions outlined on your packing slip and above. If you have any further questions please contact us at email@example.com.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Again, if your item has not been post marked within the 30 day window of the time it let us you are not eligible for return. Also if your item was a final sale item please do not send it back to us as you will not receive a refund or credit and we will not reship your item to you.
All items items purchased on final sale are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued and returned items will not be sent back to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING ITEMS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items or regular sale items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 182 Duane St New York NY 10013. Please note that the best way to exchange an item that does not fit is to place an additional order for the new size and follow the instructions outlined on your packing slip to return the old item. You will still be responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.
